About the Role

Are you passionate about building integrations that power enterprise-scale automation? We're looking for a Strategic Integrations Engineer to develop and enhance high-impact connections with key partners. In this role, you'll play a critical part in enabling seamless workflows for large customers, ensuring the performance, scalability, and reliability of integrations that are core to our Enterprise Upmarket strategy.

About You

What You'll Be Doing

● Build and maintain enterprise-grade integrations with key partners.
● Implement new features to support advanced automation use cases.
● Address API changes, updates, and deprecations to ensure stability.
● Optimize integrations for high performance, scalability, and reliability.
● Collaborate with engineers and contractors through code reviews and async threads.
● Work closely with the product team to define and prioritize improvements.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● Advanced understanding of RESTful APIs, OAuth 2.0, and integration standards
● Experience with JavaScript and Node.js in production environments
● Strong proficiency in asynchronous programming and debugging
● Familiarity with Git/GitLab and CI/CD workflows
● Solid experience with testing frameworks and code quality practices

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience with TypeScript
● Knowledge of software design patterns (e.g., Factory, Singleton)
● Familiarity with monitoring tools like Grafana or Databricks
● Understanding of distributed systems and architecture patterns
● Awareness of security best practices and threat mitigation
● Experience in cloud-native environments and continuous delivery
