About the Role

Do you enjoy shaping high-impact digital products from the ground up? We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our delivery hub in Guadalajara, México. In this role, you’ll contribute directly to building scalable web and mobile applications, mentor fellow developers, and have the opportunity to tech lead projects for a U.S.-based digital product studio. You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and participate in the entire software development lifecycle — from design to deployment.

About You

What You’ll Be Doing

● Develop, maintain, and scale consumer-facing web and mobile applications.
● Lead and participate in software design, architecture, and code reviews.
● Mentor and support other engineers, providing technical guidance and feedback.
● Collaborate with product, design, and customer teams to build user-centered features.
● Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile ceremonies.
● Identify UI/UX gaps and propose practical design improvements.
● Write clean, documented, and tested code that meets performance and security standards.
● Contribute to internal engineering best practices and documentation.
● Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and development workflows.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● 5+ years of experience in software development.
● Strong proficiency in at least one core technology from our stack: TypeScript (React, Next.js, React Native), Python (Django), or PHP.
● Solid experience with Git and Git workflows.
● Experience with at least one unit testing framework (e.g., Jest, Unittest).
● Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
● Proven experience mentoring or coaching other engineers.

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience deploying applications on AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers.
● Familiarity with PaaS platforms like Vercel.
● Experience using AI tools to boost software development productivity.
