About the Role
Are you passionate about building strategic partnerships and driving scalable growth? We're looking for a Business Development Manager to lead the end-to-end sales cycle and drive revenue growth for a company empowering U.S. organizations to build and scale tech teams in Mexico. In this role, you'll combine strategy and execution to turn demand into predictable revenue by owning the full funnel—from outreach to close—while helping establish CodersLink as the go-to nearshoring partner in LATAM.
About You
● You have experience leading B2B sales cycles and closing mid-to-high ACV deals.
● You're passionate about consultative selling and building long-term client relationships.
● You know how to communicate with C-level stakeholders and technical decision-makers.
● You're capable of building scalable, repeatable systems for business development.
● You thrive in fast-paced environments, using data to iterate and optimize.
What You'll Be Doing
● Execute full-cycle sales: discovery, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and close.
● Collaborate with Marketing to convert inbound leads and support ABM campaigns.
● Reactivate dormant and lost deals through targeted outbound campaigns.
● Represent the company at events and secure speaking engagements to generate pipeline.
● Build, manage, and scale partnerships and ambassador programs.
● Drive account growth and expansion with existing clients.
● Maintain strong CRM hygiene, forecast accurately, and report performance to leadership.

Technical Requirements
Must-Haves
● 6+ years in B2B revenue roles (BDM, AE, or Partnerships) with full-cycle ownership.
● Proven experience closing deals in tech services, nearshoring, staffing, or consulting.
● Strong skills in building repeatable sales systems (playbooks, sequences, CRM workflows).
Nice-to-Haves
● Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRMs.
● Experience working in LATAM markets or with international clients.
● Exposure to Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and event-based lead generation.
Benefits
● Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $240,000 USD
