Description
We are looking for a Product & UX Business Analyst. The Analytics team uses rigorous analytics to generate insights from granular data that inform overall business strategy as well as product, merchandising, community, and business decisions across the company and across the idea lifecycle -- from inception to execution and via continuous improvement.
Some of the main responsibilities are to:
Perform extensive A/B testing, from creating the experiment design and testing brief, to executing the test, analyzing the results, and providing insights, & recommendations on next steps
Collaborate with the product management and engineering to uncover important site engagement insights and conversion drivers
Perform ad-hoc analyses on large and complex datasets
Establish site instrumentation requirements to support business needs, along with Product Management & Engineering
Build and enhance self-service dashboards using a mixture of analytical and visualization techniques.
Rapidly derive actionable insight from data
Requirements
- 3+ years driving business insight and supporting quantitatively strong and curious business partners, preferably in retail and / or DTC (direct to consumer) industry
- Strong SQL analysis skills and experience with Snowflake
- Experience working with large quantities of raw, disorganized data
- Advanced measurement & statistical analysis (e.g., Statsig, Power, z scores, p-values)
- Experience using reporting tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau), scripting (javascript/python/html/shell), and statistical tools (e.g., R, SPSS) are all pluses in our book
