About the Role

We're looking for a Content Strategy Lead to build and scale CodersLink's insight-driven content engine. In this role, you'll transform research, expert interviews, and market signals into high-quality narratives that resonate with both executive audiences in the tech industry and technical professionals. You'll create content that goes beyond volume. Your work will shape industry conversations around topics like nearshore engineering, hiring strategies, developer productivity, and retention. By combining storytelling, research, and performance-oriented copywriting, you'll help position CodersLink as a trusted voice in the global tech talent ecosystem. This role reports directly to the Head of Marketing and works cross-functionally with teams across marketing, sales, operations, and leadership.

About You

● You have strong experience creating high-quality B2B content for executive and technical audiences.
● You enjoy turning research, interviews, and data into compelling insights and narratives.
● You are comfortable collaborating with leadership, subject-matter experts, and cross-functional teams.
● You understand how storytelling can shape perception, build trust, and drive demand.
● You're bilingual in English and Spanish and can write naturally for both audiences.
● You combine creativity with analytical thinking to produce content that performs and informs.

What You'll Be Doing

● Identify industry narratives and topics worth owning across areas like nearshore development, hiring strategies, engineering productivity, and talent retention.
● Build and maintain an insight pipeline based on market signals, customer conversations, research, and internal expertise.
● Produce high-quality content assets such as thought leadership articles, research reports, case studies, guides, and executive briefs.
● Conduct primary research through surveys, structured interviews, and data collection initiatives.
● Translate research findings into actionable insights and compelling content narratives.
● Interview executives, operators, and technical experts to extract insights and develop expert-led content series.
● Write and optimize website copy, landing pages, and high-intent conversion flows.
● Propose and support A/B testing initiatives to improve messaging, headlines, and conversion performance.
● Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across marketing materials, sales assets, and company communications.
● Design content strategies optimized for SEO, answer engine optimization (AEO), and AI-driven discovery.
● Repurpose core narratives into multi-channel content systems including social media, email campaigns, and sales enablement materials.
● Use AI tools to accelerate research, outlining, and editing workflows while maintaining high editorial standards.

What We're Looking For

● Excellent written communication skills with clarity for both technical and executive audiences.

● Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders while maintaining content quality.
● Collaborative mindset and experience working with cross-functional teams.
● Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining consistent messaging and brand voice.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● 5+ years of experience in content strategy, B2B marketing, or thought leadership content creation.
● Strong writing and editing skills for long-form and short-form content in English and Spanish .
● Experience producing assets such as whitepapers, research reports, case studies, and blog content .
● Knowledge of SEO strategies and search intent optimization .
● Experience using content management systems such as WordPress, Webflow, or HubSpot CMS.
● Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4 or Looker Studio to evaluate content performance.
● Ability to conduct primary and secondary research and interpret data responsibly.

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience in B2B services such as staff augmentation, nearshore recruiting, HR tech, or SaaS .
● Familiarity with SEO tools such as Semrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
● Experience writing press releases or executive communications .
● Knowledge of technical topics such as software development, cloud platforms, or AI/ML .
● Experience building content-led growth initiatives like newsletters, research series, or community content.
● Familiarity with tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Typeform, or SurveyMonkey .
