About You

What You’ll Be Doing

● Design, develop, and execute robust black-box test cases using advanced techniques like equivalence partitioning and state transition testing.
● Build and maintain automated test frameworks using tools like Selenium and Cypress.
● Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate requirements into comprehensive test plans.
● Perform exploratory testing to detect unexpected behaviors and edge cases.
● Monitor application performance post-deployment and proactively identify issues.
● Analyze test results, debug errors, and work closely with developers to ensure high-quality releases.
● Mentor junior testers and help elevate QA standards across the team.
● Stay up to date with the latest trends and tools in the testing domain.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● +5 years of experience in QA or SDET roles with emphasis on black-box testing.
● Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Java, or JavaScript.
● Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
● Solid understanding of OOP principles and SDLC methodologies (Agile/Scrum).
● Experience with performance testing tools.

Nice-to-Haves

● Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools like Datadog, Splunk, or Grafana.
● Experience in API testing.
● Previous exposure to production support and debugging.
