What you'll do
● Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend systems using Java.
● Lead internal and customer-facing projects, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
● Take ownership of backend architecture and contribute to design decisions that improve
system reliability, maintainability, and customer impact.
● Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, analyze system metrics, and continuously
drive backend efficiency and resilience.
