About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Engineer to join a U.S.-based real estate data platform that powers trillions in assets under management. In this role, you’ll help build advanced analytics and investment tools—ranging from interactive geospatial visualizations to robust server-side infrastructure—while applying cutting-edge AI techniques to accelerate development workflows and software quality. This is a fully remote position, offering the chance to work with a global engineering team in a fast-growing, innovative environment.

About You

What You’ll Be Doing

● Execute the full SDLC for full-stack applications.
● Architect and implement frontend interfaces using React/Redux and TypeScript.
● Build backend services with Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and/or Node.js.
● Develop and maintain APIs (REST and GraphQL).
● Apply AI techniques such as prompt engineering and agentic systems to improve workflows.
● Design and integrate AI-driven tools for tasks like testing, refactoring, and code reviews.
● Enhance developer experience through improved CI/CD pipelines and automation.
● Collaborate on best practices for human-AI pair programming and emerging frameworks.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● 6+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack expertise.
● Frontend: TypeScript with modern frameworks (React, Redux).
● Backend: Python (Flask, FastAPI, Django) and/or Node.js.
● API development with REST and GraphQL.
● Demonstrated experience with AI integration (e.g., Copilot, GPT, prompt engineering).
● Familiarity with LLM patterns, RAG, and agentic tooling.

Nice-to-Haves

● Experience with AI agents in engineering workflows.
● Familiarity with MCP, LangChain, AutoGen, or OpenAI Assistants.
● Knowledge of PostgreSQL, Docker, Kubernetes, and UI frameworks.
● Experience with geospatial visualizations (D3.js, Deck.gl).
● Background in startups or high-growth environments.
