About the Role, The People Ops Specialist will support the tactical and operational aspects of HR, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while contributing to larger organizational goals related to employee experience, engagement, and compliance. Their role is key to executing the people-related initiatives that keep the company running efficiently and employees engaged.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Recruitment and Onboarding Support - Assist with activating job requirements, screening resumes,coordinating interviews, and facilitating smooth onboarding processes for new hires.
Employee Assistance - Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries about benefits, policies, and other
HR-related issues - Support conflict resolution and ensure that employees feel supported.
HR Administration and Compliance - Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, such as personal information, job changes, and benefits enrollment. Ensure compliance with labor laws, safety regulations,and company policies, handling documentation and filing as needed.
Benefits and Payroll Administration - Help with payroll processes by collecting and verifying time-off requests, employee hours, and salary adjustments. Support the administration of employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
Performance Management Implementation - Assist in the administration of monthly performance for each Linker, and other performance processes (quarterly 360 feedback reports, eNPS, PIP, and offboarding).
Culture and Employee Engagement - Help implement programs, activities and events that foster employee engagement, such as wellness initiatives, team-building activities, recognition programs, and hybrid office engagement.
Learning and Development Coordination - Support employee training and development initiatives, coordinating schedules, logistics, and materials for workshops or courses. Adopt, develop and manage learning management systems (LMS) and track employee development progress.
Assist in a Data-Driven HR Management - Help manage HR software systems such as applicant tracking systems (ATS), employee databases, and payroll software with accurate data.
Change Management Support - Help communicate and implement organizational changes, such as new policies, procedures, or systems, ensuring employees are informed and onboard.
Coders Success Management - Act as the primary point of contact for Coders' HR-related inquiries, support conflict resolution to ensure they feel valued within both CodersLink and client environments, and prioritize their satisfaction, full billable hour utilization, and professional growth to drive contract renewals and revenue growth.
Requirements
● 5+ years of experience in HR or People Ops
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills with active listening.
● Advanced English proficiency
● Familiarized working with OKRs
