About the Role

We’re hiring a Business Operations Specialist to lead internal process improvement, data analysis, and cross-functional project management. This role sits at the intersection of operations, strategy, and execution—working closely with the COO and supporting all departments to ensure alignment with company goals. You’ll help shape how we operate and scale as a high-growth tech recruitment company.

About You

What You’ll Be Doing

● Lead and document improvements to internal SOPs to boost productivity and accountability.
● Ensure process adoption and serve as the go-to person for operational troubleshooting.
● Drive company-wide project execution, ensuring follow-through and timely delivery.
● Support strategic decision-making through KPI tracking, reporting, and analysis.
● Collaborate cross-functionally to align priorities and facilitate operational initiatives.
● Own internal documentation and reporting alongside the COO.
● Contribute to quarterly planning, performance audits, and company-wide alignment.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

● 6+ years of experience, including 3+ years in operations and project management.
● Familiarity with OKRs or similar goal-setting frameworks.
● Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
● Proven success in high-growth or startup environments.
● Experience building internal documentation and reporting frameworks.

Nice-to-Haves

● MSc or MBA degree.
● Experience leading internal audits or cross-functional operations reviews.
● Applied use of AI tools in daily workflows.
