About the Role
Are you a high-performing sales professional ready to shape the future of global tech staffing? We’re looking for a Senior Sales Development Representative to lead CodersLink’s outbound and partner-driven growth strategies in the San Francisco market. You’ll be at the forefront of building strategic relationships, generating qualified leads, and scaling revenue engines that connect U.S. companies with top-tier LATAM talent.
About You
● You have 3+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development within IT services or SaaS.
● You excel at targeting C-level and VP stakeholders in mid-market and enterprise accounts.
● You’re an excellent communicator who thrives in consultative, high-ACV selling environments.
● You’re active on LinkedIn and excited to represent CodersLink in your professional network.
What You’ll Be Doing
● Build and scale an outbound engine to deliver 16–20 exploratory meetings per month.
● Identify, engage, and qualify decision-makers at ideal customer profile (ICP) companies.
● Develop a partner referral program that generates at least 4 SQLs per month.
● Nurture inbound, outbound, and partner leads to drive over 120 SQLs per year.
● Represent CodersLink at strategic events and executive dinners each quarter.
● Collaborate with marketing and sales leadership to improve targeting and messaging.
● Maintain CRM hygiene and deliver actionable insights through regular reporting.

Technical Requirements
Must-Haves
● 3+ years of Sales Development or Business Development experience.
● Proven success in outbound prospecting for B2B services or SaaS.
● Strong understanding of CRMs like HubSpot, Zoho, or Salesforce and tools like Apollo.
● Track record of targeting and booking meetings with VP and C-level stakeholders in HR and Tech.
● Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
Nice-to-Haves
● Experience building referral/partner ecosystems.
● Background in nearshoring, staff augmentation, or tech recruiting.
● Event-based lead generation (dinners, roundtables, conferences).
