Our Approach
Supernus engaged CodersLink for Staff Augmentation: a deliberately narrow scope of C#/.NET full-stack engineering, embedded into Supernus’s own engineering function on a per-engineer contract.
The controls are the part worth reading, and they are the same on every CodersLink engagement. Every engineer signs an NDA before starting. Background verification and structured reference checks are completed and archived before contract signing, and the findings are shared with the client. Everything the engineer creates for the client’s project is assigned to the client by present assignment, worldwide and perpetual, signed inside the engineer’s service agreement before day one. Custom client NDAs and IP addenda are routed into the engineer’s own contract, and the client provisions and controls all system and repository access.
Key decision: use present assignment rather than work-made-for-hire. That construction is not enforceable as written across Mexican contractor law, and using it would leave the client holding an assignment that does not assign.
