- We're looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to build and own Smartly's commercial operation in Mexico — from the ground up. You'll be the company's first boots on the ground in a high-potential market, responsible for identifying, cultivating, and closing new enterprise business while establishing Smartly's presence and credibility across the Mexican digital marketing ecosystem.

- You have 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in digital marketing, AdTech, or paid social, with a proven track record of opening or developing new markets.
- You know the Mexican digital marketing ecosystem deeply — media groups, regional agencies, multilatinas, and global brands with in-country operations.
- You bring existing relationships with senior stakeholders across key verticals such as e-commerce, CPG, retail, automotive, entertainment, or travel.
- You're a self-starter who builds pipeline, creates presence, and closes business in environments where the playbook is still being written.
- You communicate with confidence in Spanish and English — from end users to C-suite decision makers.
- Identify, cultivate, and close new logo business within Mexico, targeting enterprise organizations across key verticals.
- Build and develop the Mexican market from scratch, including educating prospects in a region where brand awareness is still nascent.
- Build and maintain a strong outbound pipeline in partnership with SDR and Marketing teams.
- Represent Smartly at key regional industry events, associations, and forums to establish local presence and credibility.
- Prepare and lead successful demos, trials, and client conversions in close collaboration with Sales Engineering and Implementation teams.
- Partner with the Mexico Head of Sales to co-develop go-to-market strategy, including vertical prioritization, agency partnerships, and local market intelligence.
- Operate cross-functionally with SDRs, Sales Engineers, Customer Success Managers, and Leadership to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
- A hunter mindset with the discipline to build pipeline and the instincts to close — in a market with no prior commercial presence.
- Deep comfort operating in ambiguous, startup-within-a-company environments where processes are still being built.
- Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding quota in enterprise B2B sales.
- Strong desire to learn the product and sell it effectively at every level of an organization.
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS sales or business development experience, preferably in digital marketing, AdTech, or paid social.
- Proven experience opening or developing new markets, ideally in Mexico or other emerging regions.
- Deep knowledge of the Mexican digital marketing ecosystem: media groups, agencies, and enterprise brands.
- Existing senior-level relationships across multilatinas, regional groups, or global advertisers operating in Mexico.
- Fluency in Spanish and professional-level English.
- Strong understanding of how media and creative agencies operate in Mexico, including buying processes and key regional players.
- Experience selling to C-suite stakeholders across multiple verticals simultaneously.
- Familiarity with paid social platforms and performance advertising workflows.
- Established network within LATAM beyond Mexico, relevant as the regional operation scales.
