Product Operations Specialist

About the Role

• Would you like to be the person who makes sure great digital products and promotions reach customers on time? We’re looking for a Product Operations Specialist to support a U.S.-based digital storefront company that sells games, ebooks, and software to a global community of customers.
• In this role, you’ll create and configure products and promotions on the website, organize the content customers receive (such as product codes and ebook files), and work with external partners to gather everything needed for each launch. You’ll take ownership of your projects and coordinate with other teams so every product and promotion launches on time.

About You

• You have experience in project management, account management, or product operations.
• You’ve worked with high-value clients or partners and know how to build trust with them.
• You take ownership of your projects and follow them through to launch.
• You communicate clearly in English, in writing and out loud, with partners and internal teams.
• You stay organized when handling multiple launches, files, and deadlines at once.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Create and configure products and promotions on the website.
• Organize and upload content, such as product codes and ebook files, for customer distribution.
• Collaborate with external partners to gather all necessary information and files.
• Take ownership of projects and coordinate with other teams to launch products and promotions on time.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

• Experience in project management, account management, or product operations.
• Product information management tools, such as Akeneo Product Cloud Platform or similar.
• Google Workspace and Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with high-value clients or partners.
• Fluent English, with excellent verbal and written communication.
• Availability to work full-time within Pacific Time hours.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with a coding or markup language (such as Python, JSON, or HTML).
• Experience using a Mac.
• Experience using Adobe Photoshop to adjust marketing materials.
• Knowledge of video games and the video game space.
