We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to support enterprise clients at a U.S.-based advertising technology company. In this role, you’ll work closely with global strategic accounts to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging creative automation tools and data insights to drive measurable business outcomes.
- You have experience in digital advertising, media operations, or customer success. You are comfortable working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations. You enjoy working closely with clients and helping them achieve their goals. You are organized and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. You are proactive, curious, and eager to grow within the ad tech ecosystem. What You’ll Be Doing Support enterprise customers in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms. Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence. Assist in onboarding, training sessions, and business reviews to drive platform adoption. Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking. Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations. Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility. Troubleshoot platform integrations and resolve operational issues. Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform. Document best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. - 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, customer success, or marketing analytics Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar) Strong skills in data analysis using tools like Excel or BI platforms Understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics Experience building reports and dashboards
- Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk) Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI) Exposure to SaaS or ad tech environments Basic knowledge of APIs or data integrations
