IT Program Manager

About the Role

• We're looking for an Agile Program Manager to lead software delivery across multiple engineering squads at a U.S.-based business formation and management platform serving over one million entrepreneurs. This is a hands-on delivery leadership role — you'll work closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive predictable execution, remove blockers, and create clear visibility into progress across multiple software initiatives simultaneously.
• You bring structure without bureaucracy, and you help teams move faster without sacrificing quality.

About You

• You have 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project execution across multiple teams at the same time.
• You understand Agile deeply enough to improve it, not just follow it — you know when to add structure and when to get out of the way.
• You're a proactive risk identifier: you spot delivery blockers and dependencies before they become problems, not after.
• You communicate clearly with both engineering teams and senior leadership, and you tailor the message to the audience.
• You're fluent in English at an advanced level (C1–C2) and comfortable operating in a distributed, fast-moving environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Lead sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and team ceremonies across multiple engineering squads.
• Drive predictable delivery through strong estimation, planning, and execution practices.
• Monitor sprint health, velocity, backlog quality, and delivery risks — and act on what you see.
• Identify cross-team dependencies and proactively remove obstacles impacting delivery timelines.
• Partner with Product Managers and Engineering Leaders to ensure teams have the clarity and readiness to execute.
• Create visibility into progress, risks, and milestones for leadership through clear, consistent reporting.
• Maintain accurate project data and reporting within ClickUp.
• Continuously improve Agile processes in a way that serves the team, not the methodology.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

• 6+ years leading software delivery, Agile programs, or technical project management in product and engineering environments.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies: sprint planning, backlog management, estimation, and delivery metrics.
• Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Jira, or similar project management platforms.
• Proven ability to support multiple Product and Engineering teams simultaneously.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1–C2), written and verbal.
• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification (CSM, SAFe, or equivalent).

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience in SaaS or technology companies.
• Familiarity with squad, tribe, or product-led organizational models.
• Experience scaling Agile delivery practices in a high-growth environment
