Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

• Would you like to be the technical foundation of an AI-powered workforce intelligence platform in the U.S.? We're looking for a Full Stack Engineer to own end-to-end product delivery, support enterprise customers, and help build the U.S. engineering function from the ground up.
• You'll join a cross-functional team alongside a Head of Product, a Senior Product Designer, and a data specialist — working closely with leadership in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment. Our stack spans Go, Python, Node.js, React, and Vue, running on AWS with event-driven architecture. At the core of the product: RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and semantic search.

About You

• You have 6+ years of software engineering experience and have owned product outcomes end-to-end — you've decided what to build, not just written code.
• You've built AI/ML-powered features in production: RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, or semantic search.
• You're comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high autonomy and accountability.
• You communicate clearly with engineers, product partners, and enterprise customers alike.
• You have experience defining or improving how an engineering team uses AI coding tools — not just your own workflow, but team-wide practices.

What You'll Be Doing

• Design and build AI-powered features including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, LLM integrations, and semantic search.
• Evaluate and integrate foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, open-source) with attention to cost, latency, and reliability.
• Own end-to-end delivery of product features — define the approach, make trade-offs, and ship.
• Serve as the U.S.-hours first responder for enterprise customer issues across application, infrastructure, and data.
• Build escalation playbooks and observability tooling to compress incident response times.
• Collaborate with the Head of Product, designer, and data specialist to translate customer pain into engineering priorities.
• Contribute to hiring and onboarding the engineers who will form the U.S. team over the next 6–12 months.
• Establish team-wide standards for AI-assisted development using tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

• :
• 6+ years of software engineering experience with end-to-end product ownership.
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML in production: RAG, LLM integrations, agentic workflows, semantic search.
• Proficiency across the stack: Go, Python, Node.js, React, Vue.
• Infrastructure experience: AWS, IaC (Terraform), container orchestration (EKS/ECS), CI/CD.
• Strong distributed systems fundamentals: scale, resilience, and observability.

Nice-to-Haves

• :
• Experience as a founding or early engineer in a product company.
• Familiarity with embedding generation, retrieval infrastructure, and evaluation frameworks.
• Prior experience building or scaling engineering teams.
