Full Stack Engineer

About the Role

• In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to contribute across the entire stack—from crafting intuitive front-end experiences to designing robust back-end services and improving cloud infrastructure. You’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact features while collaborating with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and maintain full stack applications using modern web technologies.
• Design and implement scalable front-end solutions using React and TypeScript.
• Build and maintain APIs and services using Ruby on Rails and Python.
• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
• Break down complex requirements into iterative, deliverable tasks.
• Ensure high code quality through testing, code reviews, and CI/CD practices.
• Contribute to cloud infrastructure and system performance improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote best practices in software development.
• Continuously improve development processes in an Agile environment.

Technical Requirements

• Must-Haves
• Experience building web applications using React, Redux, and TypeScript .
• Strong experience developing APIs with Ruby on Rails and/or Python .
• Solid knowledge of REST APIs and data formats like JSON .
• Proficiency with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB .
• Experience working with OpenSearch and Redis .
• Strong understanding of automated testing and CI/CD pipelines .
• Experience working across the full stack, including cloud infrastructure.
• Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Amazon Timestream or time-series databases.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS.
• Experience optimizing performance in distributed systems.
• Background in mentoring or leading engineering teams.
