Engineer Manager

• In this role, you’ll lead a Full Stack team developing next-generation AI workflows that power creative automation and performance marketing. You’ll shape the technical direction, guide team growth, and ensure high-quality delivery while fostering a strong, collaborative engineering culture.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead and grow a Full Stack engineering team, fostering autonomy and accountability.
• Define and drive technical direction in collaboration with cross-functional partners.
• Deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions aligned with product goals.
• Coach and mentor engineers through 1:1s, feedback, and career development plans.
• Remove blockers and create an environment where the team can perform at its best.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and participate hands-on when needed.
• Promote best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and engineering culture.

Technical Requirements

• Must-Haves
• 6+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
• Proven experience as an Engineering Manager or Technical Lead.
• Strong background in Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience designing and building distributed systems and scalable architectures.
• Hands-on experience with React or Full Stack development.
• Strong understanding of system design and software architecture.
• Nice-to-Haves
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments.
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and Kafka.
• Experience working with AI-driven products or data-intensive systems.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
