About the Role

  • We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) to own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts at a U.S.-based social advertising automation platform. You'll serve as the strategic link between customers, Facebook, and the product team — giving consultative advice, leading product trials, and driving engagement across large advertiser accounts.
  • From week one, you'll have real ownership over your own market.

About You

  • You have 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing agencies, ideally in the online advertising space.
  • You're energized by owning a customer portfolio end-to-end — from day-to-day communication to long-term relationship building.
  • You combine commercial instincts with genuine curiosity

  • You communicate complex concepts clearly, confidently, and consultatively — in both English and Spanish.
  • You're motivated by customer success metrics and always looking for opportunities to grow accounts and drive upsell.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow your own portfolio of customer accounts through proactive communication and online marketing expertise.
  • Work closely with customers to refine their social advertising strategy and resolve issues related to budget scaling, campaign performance, and workflow efficiency.
  • Take full ownership of your target market and develop deep vertical expertise (e-commerce, travel, mobile apps, classifieds, etc.).
  • Lead product trials from scoping through execution, ensuring customers see measurable value.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Facebook stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success peers and the product development team to maintain a tight feedback loop between customer needs and product direction.
  • Travel as needed for customer meetings, industry conferences, and events.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

  • 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or digital/performance marketing agencies.
  • Deep understanding of paid social advertising, ideally including Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
  • Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Experience managing relationships with large-scale advertisers or enterprise clients.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Hands-on experience with social advertising automation or bidding tools.
  • Familiarity with verticals such as e-commerce, travel, mobile apps, or classifieds.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to relay customer feedback.
