- We're looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager (Spanish Speaking) to own and grow a portfolio of customer accounts at a U.S.-based social advertising automation platform. You'll serve as the strategic link between customers, Facebook, and the product team — giving consultative advice, leading product trials, and driving engagement across large advertiser accounts.

- You have 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or digital marketing agencies, ideally in the online advertising space.

- Take full ownership of your target market and develop deep vertical expertise (e-commerce, travel, mobile apps, classifieds, etc.).
- Lead product trials from scoping through execution, ensuring customers see measurable value.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and Facebook stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Customer Success peers and the product development team to maintain a tight feedback loop between customer needs and product direction.
- Travel as needed for customer meetings, industry conferences, and events.
- A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you don't wait for problems to escalate, you get ahead of them.
- Strong consultative instincts: you listen, diagnose, and recommend with confidence.
- Genuine enthusiasm for online marketing and helping customers grow their performance.

- 5+ years of account management experience in B2B SaaS or digital/performance marketing agencies.
- Deep understanding of paid social advertising, ideally including Facebook Ads Manager and campaign optimization.
- Professional proficiency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Experience managing relationships with large-scale advertisers or enterprise clients.
- Hands-on experience with social advertising automation or bidding tools.
- Familiarity with verticals such as e-commerce, travel, mobile apps, or classifieds.
- Experience working cross-functionally with product teams to relay customer feedback.
