About the Role

  • Are you passionate about helping global brands succeed in today’s digital advertising landscape? We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to support enterprise clients at a U.S.-based advertising technology company.
  • In this role, you’ll partner with global strategic accounts to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging creative automation tools and data insights to drive measurable business outcomes and long-term client success.

About You

  • You have experience in digital advertising, media operations, customer success, or marketing analytics.
  • You enjoy working with data and turning insights into actionable recommendations.
  • You communicate clearly with clients and cross-functional teams in English.
  • You are highly organized and can manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proactive, curious, and eager to grow within the ad tech ecosystem.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support enterprise customers in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
  • Assist in onboarding processes, training sessions, and business reviews to drive platform adoption.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot platform integrations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve platform capabilities.
  • Document best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Technical Requirements

  • Must-Haves:
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, customer success, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads.
  • Strong data analysis skills using Excel or BI tools.
  • Solid understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Experience building reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
  • Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
  • Exposure to SaaS or advertising technology environments.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs or data integrations.
