In this role, you’ll partner with global strategic accounts to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging creative automation tools and data insights to drive measurable business outcomes and long-term client success.

What You’ll Be Doing
Support enterprise customers in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
Assist in onboarding processes, training sessions, and business reviews to drive platform adoption.
Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and optimization recommendations.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
Troubleshoot platform integrations and resolve operational issues efficiently.
Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve platform capabilities.
Document best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Technical Requirements
Must-Haves:
1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, customer success, or marketing analytics.
Hands-on experience with paid media platforms such as Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, or Google Ads.
Strong data analysis skills using Excel or BI tools.
Solid understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
Experience building reports and dashboards for performance tracking.
Nice-to-Haves:
Experience with programmatic platforms like DV360 or The Trade Desk.
Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI.
Exposure to SaaS or advertising technology environments.
