In this role, you’ll work closely with global strategic accounts to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging creative automation tools and data insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

- What You’ll Be Doing
- Support enterprise customers in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
- Assist in onboarding, training sessions, and business reviews to drive platform adoption.
- Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
- Troubleshoot platform integrations and resolve operational issues.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform.
- Document best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.
