About the Role

  • Are you passionate about helping global brands succeed in today’s digital advertising landscape? We’re looking for a Customer Success Associate to support enterprise clients at a U.S.-based advertising technology company. In this role, you’ll work closely with global strategic accounts to execute, optimize, and scale paid media campaigns. You’ll combine analytical thinking with hands-on execution, leveraging creative automation tools and data insights to drive measurable business outcomes.

  • What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support enterprise customers in executing and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to deliver strategic and operational excellence.
  • Assist in onboarding, training sessions, and business reviews to drive platform adoption.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, monitoring, and performance tracking.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports to ensure data accuracy and visibility.
  • Troubleshoot platform integrations and resolve operational issues.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and improve the platform.
  • Document best practices and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

Technical Requirements

Must-Haves

  • :
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital advertising, customer success, or marketing analytics.
  • Hands-on experience with paid media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, or similar).
  • Strong skills in data analysis using tools like Excel or BI platforms.
  • Understanding of campaign optimization and performance metrics.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards.

Nice-to-Haves

  • :
  • Experience with programmatic platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk).
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
  • Exposure to SaaS or ad tech environments.
  • Basic knowledge of APIs or data integrations.
