Company is seeking an HRIS Administrator with a passion for managing and developing processes in the Workday platform. This role will have the following key responsibilities: Manage the Workday HRIS systems case queue, and provide tier-1 support for inquiries and issues Troubleshoot issues reported by users and respond on a timely basis Work on and develop Workday reports using Report Writer, BIRT, Calculated Fields, and other available tools Assist Workday HRIS team members with project design and testing Collaborate closely with HR team members to make sure data is accurate and up to date Develop and maintain HR-related Workday integrations using Cloud Connect, EIB, and XSLT Continuous monitoring, improving, and managing of HRIS integrations, system administration, and automation Provide support to the HR team regarding HR data requests, ad-hoc reporting, and visualization requirements Advise and assist stakeholders as appropriate on data quality and workflow issues Communicate with stakeholders demonstrating a sense of urgency, accuracy, and professionalism.
