What will be your challenges?
Understand and demonstrate knowledge of all operational business processes associated with
supply chain management with a focus on distribution center operations.
Understand the functional (base product) capabilities of the proposed Warehouse Management
software application.
Play multiple roles across projects or within assigned project. These roles include:
Requirements
gathering/Solution design/Project management support/Application configuration/Test script
development/Test script execution/Classroom training delivery/Go-Live support/Application
support/Documentation.
Participate in the creation and/or updates to the Business
Requirements
Specification Document
throughout the life of the project.
Participate in the analysis between the business requirements and the proposed software
application(s) capabilities to identify solution gaps.
Participate in creation of the Functional Business
Requirements
documents.
Participate and/or own configuration of the proposed Warehouse Management software
application to meet the agreed-upon business requirements per the Functional Business
Requirements
.
Create test plans and work Instructions.
Develop training materials for Train the Trainer and End User Training, and conduct Train the
Trainer training.
Support User Acceptance Testing and business process validation.
Provide remote and/or on-site support for post go live activities.
Support project related system/operational issues, identify root cause, and recommend/resolve.
What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
5+ years of experience WMS Blue Yonder development and implementations through the project
life cycle.
Minimum 3, prefer 5+ years of experience in integration of EDI and ERP into various WMS
platforms (including Exceed, 3.x, Tecsys, Red Prairie).
5+ years of experience with MOCA, Page Builder.
Solid experience with PL/SQL, MS SQL, Power Bi and Java.
Proven ability to interact with client and internal resources representing Operations, IT, and
Business teams.
Self-starter comfortable working as part of a team or alone.
Proven ability to meet or exceed project deadlines.
Demonstrated hands-on Supply Chain Execution systems
