RESPONSIBILITIES: Confirm and drive creation/alignment of overall program scope and timeline Ensure that goals/objectives/ deliverables are defined, including the end objective definition, scope, and general timelines Manage communication, coordination and status updates between teams, stakeholders, and leadership Coordinate lessons learned cross functional teams and drive lesson learned program Anticipate needs and drive results through planning, documentation, dependency coordination, tracking, internal training and communications Create and analyze operational trends and data used for decision making, root cause analysis and performance measurement Build partnerships, work collaboratively and communicate effectively to achieve shared objectives Make Improvements to processes to improve the experience and delivery for internal and external customers Responsible for ensuring that all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls are adhered to
