Description

We are looking for a Talent Crowdsourcing Leader who will be responsible for leading a group of Talent Acquisition professionals focused on sourcing and talent attraction, and build a nurture a vibrant Global Talent Community by using innovative crowd-sourcing or high volume souring strategies. The Talent Crowdsourcing Leader will provide training, coaching and mentoring to Talent Acquisition professionals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, leveraging crowd-sourcing platforms, and engaging with diverse community channels, portals, and social media platforms to attract freelance talent across the globe. An important focus of the Crowdsourcing Leader will be to work and track operational issues to manage innovative searches.

Requirements

Around 5 years of experience in talent acquisition with focus on high volume sourcing or crowd-sourcing strategies. Demonstrable experience in leading or micro-managing a team, including KPIs monitoring. Strong knowledge of Employer Branding or Marketing strategies applied to Talent Acquisition or in Crowdsourcing. Strong understanding of talent sourcing platforms, social media, and online communities. Project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building relationships with diverse audiences and stakeholders. Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in data analysis tools and metrics to evaluate the efficacy of crowd-sourcing campaigns. Leadership qualities and experience in managing high-performing teams. Innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to drive innovation in talent community engagement. Be a strong communicator, with ability to provide specific guidelines to other team members to with guidelines to follow. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making. Used to work with an Agile Methodology and OKRs.
