What we’re looking for? The strength of our engineering team is central to building the ideas of tech startups. We are looking for a Full Stack Engineer for our burgeoning team in Guadalajara, Mexico who has proven technical expertise, excellent communication skills and a keenness to help expand Company's presence in the country! You will be responsible for delivering products, helping lead teams and weighing in on technical strategy. The role will require you to support the managing engineers and help deliver on a number of projects & startups that we’re working with. A desire to help mentor other junior engineers is a positive attribute. Responsibilities Develop, maintain and scale consumer-facing web applications Participate in the full software development life-cycle in an agile or scrum environment Participate in product design and identify UI/UX gaps and suggest solutions Understand the implications of security and data protection Follow and assist in the development of Company’s best practices
