Description
Company is seeking a Software Developer to join our engineering team! As a Software Developer, you will work with a talented team of engineers to improve Aspen's enterprise business software. You'll help to maintain tools to process data, generate analytics, and reporting within our teams. Ideally, you live and breathe in Microsoft SQL Server and VBA. Day to day you will Code bugfixes and enhancements to a .NET/Entity Framework based application Create and maintain design documents and requirements Work with product managers to refine requirements and plan releases
Requirements
Proficient with C# 3-5+ years demonstrated experience with MS SQL Server 2008 R2 or above, Comfortable creating and managing DB Objects (Views/Triggers/Stored Procedures) using SQL Server. Experience in optimizing SQL Queries. Experience with Github and Team Foundation Version Control using Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or above Experience in communicating with users, other technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features, and technical designs Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance multiple projects and deadlinesSkills
