The company is seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System (LMS) Administrator with 2 to 5 years of experience supporting the Docebo Learning platform or a similar solution. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and administering an LMS system, managing course content, managing user accounts, and configuring LMS features to align with business needs. Key Responsibilities: Administer and manage the Docebo LMS platform, including user management, course creation and management, and system configuration Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs and translate them into LMS solutions Develop and implement LMS policies, procedures, and processes to ensure optimal system performance and user experience Manage and maintain accurate records, reports, and analytics related to the LMS and its usage Troubleshoot LMS issue, identify root causes, and implement solutions to prevent future occurrences Provide technical support and training to LMS users, including instructors, administrators, and learners Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to LMS systems and eLearning
