Company is seeking an innovative and passionate Backend Software Engineer on our core product team to help build an industry changing FinTech platform. Founded in Austin, TX, we are a growing company with the charter of enabling community banks and credit unions with a highly compelling, unified online, voice, mobile and tablet digital banking set of services from within a single application. You will further refine and mature the capabilities of the platform to enable development of features and product by internal Company developers as well as external 3rd parties. Responsibilities: Design, implement, integrate, and test high performance software solutions that interact with end users and integrate with internal and external services Active participation in scrum ceremonies including grooming, sprint planning, standups, sprint demo, and retrospectives Support, maintain, and resolve problems with software in live production systems Build maintainable APIs and services in Golang Ensure compliance with all security, availability, confidentiality and privacy policies and controls Assist and mentor teammates to provide technical leadership and evangelize best practices
