Description

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal teams.
  
• Collaborate with Level 1 support and escalate issues to resolve complex problems.
  
• Develop and maintain monitoring documentation and incident response guides.
  
• Work with development and network engineering teams to resolve issues.
  
• Identify and recommend improvements for system stability and reliability.
  
• Assist in the development and implementation of monitoring tools and automated solutions.
  
• Maintain competency in current technology stack: Splunk Cloud, SCOM/SCORCH, Dynatrace AppMon, and Catchpoint.
  
• Perform scripting tasks using PowerShell and Python for automation.
  
• Conduct Windows and Linux systems administration.
  
• Handle authentication, authorization, SSO, AWS & Azure DevOps, and REST APIs.
  
• Maintain emergency availability (24/7) for ad-hoc issues.
