As a Customer Operations Analyst, your primary mission is to support our organization's growth by enhancing the candidates experience and ensuring seamless operations. Reporting directly to the Customer Support Manager, you will be instrumental in onboarding, supporting, and maintaining strong relationships with our candidates. Some of the main responsibilities are to: Coordinate the hiring process for our candidates, including personal documents collection, signature and record. Coordinate onboarding process including company presentation, work tools, benefits and main processes to foster a positive onboarding experience. Accurately record all information in our internal database and maintain it up to date. Manage and distribute company benefits on a monthly basis. Create, develop and maintain tools and resources that provide clear information for employees. Create initiatives that increase employees satisfaction. Provide constant reporting on KPIs and results. Provide ongoing support to Linkers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
