To be successful in the above role, the incumbent should possess/ display the following key skills/ attributes:

• Bachelor or above Degree in IT related majors or equivalent experience.
  
• At least 2 years’ experience in the area of supporting is highly preferred
  
• Knowledgeable with Schenker tools and processes is a plus.
  
• Knowledge in ANSI X.12 / EDIFACT Standards / popular EDI tools is a plus.
  
• technical skills in http, ftp and AS2 is a plus
  
• Excellent English communication skill in reading / writing / listening / speaking.
  
• Logistics / Freight Forwarding knowledge is a plus.
  
• Windows, UNIX, Remote Connectivity.
